These Terms and Conditions set out the basis upon which African Bank Limited (inclusive of any of its affiliates)

(“African Bank”/ “we” or “us”) will grant the User access and use of the SonkeTV App and/or Website for streaming

content.

By downloading and/or accessing and using the SonkeTV App and/or Website, the User agrees to be bound by

these Terms and Conditions.

Who may use the service?

The SonkeTV streaming service (“Service”) is only available to African Bank employees (“User”/ “you” or “your”)

who access the Service using the SonkeTV App and/or Website. Your access to the Service will be revoked when

you are no longer an African Bank employee.

Your use of the Service

We will not be responsible for any internet access charges, service provider charges and data usage charges when

you access the Service on your personal device.

The opinions and/or views expressed and shared in the Service are those of the individuals expressing such views

and do not reflect the views of African Bank or constitute financial advice.

Linked third-party sites

The SonkeTV Website may contain links to other third-party websites with information and material produced by

other parties. While we try to provide links only to reputable websites, we cannot accept responsible or liability for

the information provided on other websites.

Amendment of the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to amend any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Each time the User accesses the Services through the SonkeTV App and/or Website, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If We amend these Terms and Conditions, we will post the amended Terms and Conditions on the SonkeTV App and Website. The amended Terms and Conditions will become effective immediately once they are posted on the SonkeTV App and Website, and any subsequent use of Services will be governed by the new Terms and Conditions.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions will be governed and construed in accordance with the law of the Republic of South

Africa.
